We hit the afternoon light just right. Sally’s good friend Bia was a excellent assitant for me, holding the reflector perfectly to cast that warm golden sun-setting light on Sally’s angelic face.
I love it when I get to do senior portraits. (I don’t seek them out, because the kind I do aren’t for everybody.I go for arty, not predictable). When a client comes to me to do their child’s senior portraits I know we are going to have fun. They come to me because they know I don’t do they typical, standard senior picture stuff. No cheesy, forced poses, unless we are being cheeky. I prefer to take my clients outside, to employ a great big dreamy sky for our back-drop, and to just explore.

This is one of my favorites of yours. I love the faded color and dreamy feel. Contemplating the future…
